The OSWALD™ Coatings paint and varnish brand has its own color laboratory, which allows you to produce more than 50,000 shades according to all world color catalogs and, thanks to narrow coloristics specialists, select color shades according to customer samples on absolutely all types of paint and varnish products (from covering enamels to coating impregnations).

Tinting station A special tinting station in the OSWALD brand company is equipped with four dosing machines, as well as three planetary mixers for mixing paint, on which three professional colorists work simultaneously. It is this amount of equipment and qualified personnel that allows you to fulfill complex orders and sell a large volume of paint and varnish products in one working day.
Tinting according to world color catalogs
OSWALD™ paint and varnish materials can be tinted according to all world color catalogs, namely, the color recipe is available to us:
- RAL K7;
- RAL DESIGN;
- NCS 1950 and NCS 980;
- Tikkurilla Symphony;
- DULUX Trade;
- Sikkens 4041 and 5051, etc.
Our tinting system is based on neutral converters and pigmented pastes. The advantage of tinting is that the converter makes up the bulk of the paint (90%).
The tinting system allows you to get more than 50,000 color solutions for paint and varnish materials, as well as an infinite number of shades that are obtained by selecting any color from the samples of the pump within 1 day, depending on the complexity of the color.
Individual selection of colors
A special approach to the individual selection of tinting recipes based on the client's sample allows OSWALD colorists to select non-standard shades with an accuracy of 99.9%.
For a more accurate selection of shades, an exclusively developed system is used with the creation of paints on the customer's substrate, in which the type of wood and the chosen coloring system are very important. It is the manufacture and selection of colors on a certain type of wood that allows you to get the greatest accuracy in matching the shades of the future painted product and the reference sample. In the future, each manufactured coloring of both standard and individual colors of the customer, after approval, is sent to the company's tinting archive, which allows you to find and restore the necessary colors and shades even over a long long period of cooperation.
